Your First Visit
New Patient Forms: All the necessary paperwork can be found here on our website and completed ahead of time. This will save approximately 15-20 minutes and allow us to get started as soon as you arrive.

Consultation: You’ll sit down for a private consultation with your doctor. They will listen to your concerns and anything you wish to share about your lifestyle. The doctor will address any questions you have and let you know if we can help.
Examination: Once we determine we can help, we’ll perform a complete and comprehensive chiropractic wellness examination that will consist of the following:
- Reflex and range of motion testing
- Orthopedic testing
- Neurological testing
- Postural testing
- X-rays
If you’re in pain on your initial visit, we’ll do everything we can to start giving you relief on that visit.
To ensure you have enough time to ask questions and we have enough time to examine you thoroughly, please set aside one hour for this visit.
Your Second Visit & Report of Findings
We will schedule for your Report of Findings visit where we will share the results of the testing we performed. This report will include a detailed analysis of:
- What’s wrong & why you are hurting
- How we can help
- How long will it take to see improvement & feel better
- The cost of care
If for any reason we cannot help you, we will refer you to a specialist who can.
We’ll provide you with a road map to your entire chiropractic care plan so you know what to expect along the way. This visit can take up to an hour if you decide to accept our recommendations and begin care at this visit.
Your Wellness Visits
When you come in for your regular visits, plan on spending between 10 and 15 minutes with us. After you are checked in at the front desk you will see your doctor in the adjusting area. At every visit we will discuss and evaluate any changes before you receive your adjustment. After your adjustment, we’ll confirm your next visit and you can be on your way.
We will update and customize your wellness plan regularly. The foundation for your overall health is based on proper spinal alignment, nutritious foods, regular exercise, high quality supplementation and a variety of stress relief techniques.
